Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.  Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days from the receipt of payment verification.

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather. 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during sales. Ex; Black Friday & Holiday sales.

All Domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. For domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $10 USD and $40 USD for all international orders. 

You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received.

We are only able to ship to the address you indicate. Please remember to include your apartment number, floor number, or any other information that is necessary to ensure that the carrier can successfully deliver your package. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.

All orders that are returned to Savvi Snob due to incorrect information supplied by the customer (incorrect or incomplete address) will be processed as a normal return and issued store credit.
